Well maintained docks, like those above, have good access throughout the year.

We specialize in monthly dock maintenance programs where we will visually inspect your dock weekly, not every two weeks as some companies do and will adjust your dock in or out as required. We also inspect your cables, winches, decks, frames, walkways and electrical and will notify you if there are any repairs that should be addressed.

The docks below did not have professional maintenance causing thousands of dollars of damage and in one case caused the boat that was on the hoist to sink. A maintenance contract will assure you that your dock will be taken care of, whether you’re home or away – no worries!

Without them your dock cannot maintain position, so we inspect the cable condition and the relative position of the anchors every week when we adjust your dock. Using galvanized or stainless steel cables we can replace your worn cables, and if an anchor needs to be moved or if you need new or additional anchors we can do that too.
