Even well built docks deteriorate due to sun, wind, wave and wake damage. The dock above used foam flotation which over time absorbs water, becoming heavier and causing the dock to list. By the year 2014 the LCRA will require all existing dock structures to replace exposed foam with encapsulated flotation. So, if you have old foam or need new decking, roofing, supports, dock or walkway frame repairs, stair repair, or just a new coat of paint we can take care of those needs as well.

Sometimes a dock, like the one at left, is just too old and in such a state of disrepair that it’s not cost effective to fix it. We can dismantle the old one and dispose of the materials. Then we’ll set new anchors, cables and secure your new dock and gangway. And if your old stairs need repair, extending or replacing we can do that at the same time.
